                                        Coolmate is dedicated to transforming the gymwear experience for Vietnamese men by prioritizing comfort and performance. Despite strong growth in the activewear category, with running and gym products contributing significantly to revenue, Coolmate faces low brand recognition among younger consumers aged 18-25. Our mission is to position Coolmate Gym as a signature product line by addressing key pain points—such as discomfort and lack of confidence—while tapping into the growing fitness trend and the demand for affordable, high-quality gymwear.

                            We executed Brand Activation at Coolmate’s booth with the interactive minigame and the Road to Saigon Calling program, driving engagement with fitness enthusiasts. A TikTok challenge with fitness centers and fitness KOLs (Tri Thit Bo, En Fitness, Marco Phu Cuong, etc.) amplified campaign awareness, while the exclusive CoolActive Box and strategic partnerships with gyms and fitness centers enhanced the functional and emotional benefits of Coolmate Gym, as well as increased leads for sales.

Coolmate's social marketing activities reached nearly 1.2 million people. Additionally, the campaign contributed more than 2 billion VND to Coolmate’s revenue in 2025.

                        We implemented the promotion at MT stores nationwide by displaying co-branded POSM to enhance in-store visibility of the partnership between OMO and Coolmate. A key highlight of this promotion was the exclusive limited-edition sports T-shirt from Coolmate, specially designed with OMO patterns. We also created a storytelling landing page centered on the spirit of sports, featuring KOLs (hot moms, athletes) such as Loan Hoang, Hana Giang Anh, Lam Thuy Nhan, Anh Vien, to encourage audiences to visit supermarkets and participate in the promotion. We also executed interactive minigames at selected POSM locations to engage customers and boost sales.
